Josh Farro has announced support for his UK ‘Walkways’ tour which will kick off this November, beginning 17th in Norwich. Farro will be joined by special guests Natives and Greywind (Acoustic) as support throughout the eleven-date trek. Farro was a founding member of Grammy winning, alternative rock group, Paramore, with record sales surpassing 10 million units worldwide with hits including ‘Misery Business’, ‘Only Exception’ and ‘Decode’. The tour will mark the Grammy nominated artist’s first UK tour since splitting with the multi-platinum band.
The eagerly awaited tour celebrates Farro’s latest full length studio release ‘Walkways’ which debuted in the iTunes alternative chart earlier this year. The album, produced by Jacquire King (Kings of Leon, Modest Mouse) offers music lovers a selection of melodic, synth driven tracks with lively guitar hooks and is Farro’s first solo debut since exiting Paramore in 2010.
Farro recently teamed up with GoPro for his latest single ‘Walkways’ which premiered with NME. GoPro sent their latest Hero4 camera, to Farro’s friend’s fans across the world, to capture their own walkways. The video concept uses the latest Hero 4 camera to capture high-quality 1st person footage, which was used in the official music video.
